This professional StarTech.com OS2 Single Mode Duplex Fiber Optic Cable features SC/UPC connectors and is ideal for datacenter connections on 10/40/100Gbps networks. The cable supports an extended wavelength range of 1260-1625nm, enabling improved channel isolation over long distances. With UPC-polished ferrules, an insertion loss of just ≤0.3dB and a return loss of ≥55dB are achieved. The core is 9µm with a cladding of 125µm, complying with or exceeding ITU-T G652.D/G657.A1 standards. The cable features an LSZH (Low-Smoke Zero-Halogen) jacket, ensuring low smoke and toxic gas emissions when exposed to heat. The bend-insensitive fiber design with aramid-reinforced jacket supports a loaded bend radius of just 10mm. Every cable is individually tested and delivered with a test report.
