This StarTech.com fiber optic cable provides professional connectivity for critical datacenter connections. The 9/125µm single-mode OS2 fiber supports CWDM with an extended wavelength range of 1260-1625nm for optimal channel isolation over long distances. The UPC-polished LC and SC connectors offer minimized return loss compared to older PC polishing techniques. The bend insensitive fiber core is surrounded by a layer of low refractive index material, minimizing light leakage. With insertion loss of ≤0.3dB and return loss of ≥55dB, this cable exceeds ITU-T G652.D/G657.A1 and IEC60703-2-50 standards. The LSZH (Low-Smoke Zero-Halogen) jacket makes the cable safe for enclosed spaces, vehicles, and residential environments. Each unit is individually tested with included test report.
