This cable is 40% thinner than standard Cat6a cables, providing better airflow and heat dissipation in confined spaces. With U/FTP shielding and 34AWG pure copper conductors, this cable supports reliable 10Gbps performance.
Technisch overzicht
The StarTech.com 1m Ultra Slim Cat6A cable features 50-micron gold-plated RJ45 contacts for precise mating and minimal signal loss. The U/FTP (Unshielded Foiled Twisted Pair) construction with pair-level foil shielding effectively suppresses EMI and crosstalk. With 34AWG pure copper conductors and a flexible TPE jacket (3.7mm outer diameter), this cable is suitable for tight bends and densely packed network racks. Each cable is individually tested with a Fluke DSX2-8000 CableAnalyzer to guarantee ANSI/TIA 568 C.2-1 requirements. The snagless RJ45 connectors provide protection against damage during installation. This cable supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet and is compatible with switches, routers, and other high-speed networking equipment. Note: not suitable for PoE applications.
