The StarTech.com Ultra Slim Cat6A network cable is 40% thinner than standard Cat6a cables, ideal for dense network installations. Featuring 50-micron gold-plated RJ45 contacts, 34AWG pure copper wire, and U/FTP shielding, this cable delivers reliable 10Gbps performance with minimal signal loss.
Technisch overzicht
This ultra slim Cat6A network cable is specifically engineered for space-constrained environments, providing excellent flexibility for easy routing in dense network racks. The U/FTP (Unshielded Foiled Twisted Pair) construction with pair-level foil shielding effectively suppresses EMI and crosstalk. With 34AWG pure copper conductors and 50-micron gold-plated RJ45 contacts, the cable ensures precise mating and minimal insertion loss. The flexible TPE jacket with 3.7mm outer diameter enables tight bends. Snagless connectors protect RJ45 clips from damage during installation. Each cable is individually tested using a Fluke® DSX2-8000 CableAnalyzer to ensure ANSI/TIA 568 C.2-1 compliance and minimal NEXT and Return Loss. Supports up to 10 Gigabit Ethernet. Note: Not rated for PoE applications.
