The Synology RackStation RS1226+ is a robust 2U Rack NAS designed for small and medium-sized businesses. Featuring an AMD Ryzen V1500B processor, 4GB DDR4 memory and support for 10 drives, this system is suitable for scalable storage solutions. Two 2.5GbE RJ-45 ports, M.2 NVMe slots and expansion capabilities up to 288TB make it flexible and future-proof.
The RS1226+ is equipped with an AMD Ryzen V1500B processor (4 cores, 8 threads, 2.2 GHz, 16W TDP) and 4GB DDR4 ECC RAM. The system supports up to 10 drives (HDD/SSD 2.5"/3.5" and M.2 NVMe), RAID configurations (JBOD, 0, 1, 5, 6, 10) and features two integrated M.2 slots for NVMe SSD caching. Network connectivity consists of two 2.5GbE RJ-45 ports with Link Aggregation and failover support. The unit has two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports and one PCIe x8 Gen 3.0 slot for network expansion. The system supports Synology High Availability for active/passive clustering and allows expansion up to 288TB via the RX426 expansion unit.
