The SDOCK1EU3P is a professional standalone hard drive eraser designed for IT professionals and system administrators. It supports 2.5" and 3.5" SATA drives of any capacity and offers 9 advanced erase modes: Quick Erase, Single Pass, 3-Pass, 7-Pass Overwrite, Custom Erase, Secure Erase and Enhanced Secure Erase. The 3-Pass Overwrite procedure meets DoD 5220.22-M standards and NIST SP 800-88 Rev 1 specifications for secure data destruction. The device features USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gbps) connectivity, SATA II (3 Gbps) support and an LCD menu display with push-button navigation. The DB-9 RS232 printer port allows you to print erase confirmations. It is OS-independent, compact in design and compatible with mSATA and M.2 drives via StarTech.com adapters (sold separately). Includes 0.9m USB cable and universal power adapter.
