The AXIS D2122-VE delivers unmatched area coverage with reliable detection and AI-powered classification in all weather and light conditions, 24/7. Built on ARTPEC-9, it can accurately track up to 100 objects simultaneously. With unique box-shaped detection and recognition zones, it offers simplified system design and more efficient, optimized coverage planning. The radar detector works standalone or integrated with selected ARTPEC-9 PTZ cameras for advanced radar-video fusion. With double-knock verification, both radar and video analytics can confirm the detection before an event is triggered, further lowering the false alarm rate. The radar detector uses the same mounting interface as Axis PTZ cameras and features PoE output without additional cabling. It consumes low average power per unit area for maximum energy efficiency. Designed for flexibility, it also works with other devices such as panoramic cameras or strobe speakers.
