This female-to-female fiber adapter maintains optimal signal integrity with very low insertion loss (<0.2dB). Compatible with Single Mode and Multimode fiber (OS1/OS2, OM1-OM5).

The StarTech.com LC to LC Keystone Coupler is a compact fiber adapter with durable ABS housing and ceramic-lined inner sleeves for precise fiber alignment. This minimizes signal loss and ensures reliable performance. The coupler supports Single Mode (9/125µm) and Multimode (62.5/125µm and 50/125µm) fiber cores/cladding. Insertion loss below 0.2dB exceeds TIA 568 B.3 standards. With 500 insertion cycles and metal tabs, the coupler securely fastens into the Keystone Jack. Compatible with LED and VCSEL sources, supports 1/10/40/100Gbps data speeds. Tool-free installation: simply place into existing Keystone wall plates or patch panels. Dust covers included.
