The StarTech.com J9281BST is a 100% HPE J9281B compatible direct-attach copper SFP+ cable for 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications. This passive Twinax cable is designed for short-distance connections such as point-to-point in-rack server connections. Hot-swappable, low power, low latency and cost-effective alternative to fiber optic cables. MSA compliant and compatible with HPE switches 5400zl, 1040, 2930F and 5406.

The J9281BST Direct Attach Cable provides reliable 10 Gbps connectivity with two SFP+ male connectors. The 1 meter passive Twinax cable with 30 AWG copper wire and PVC jacket supports 100 Ohm impedance. The low-power design makes it ideal for datacenter and edge network applications. Hot-swappable technology enables seamless upgrades without network disruption. The cable is RoHS compliant and meets CE, FCC and REACH standards. Works with HPE and other MSA-compliant equipment from brands including Ubiquiti, D-Link, Netgear, Supermicro and TP-Link. Operating temperature: 0-70°C. Weight: 72g.
