The Ubiquiti UISP Wave Access Point is an advanced 60 GHz PtMP (Point-to-MultiPoint) access point delivering up to 5.4 Gbps total throughput. This device can connect up to 15 stations and features a powerful 5 GHz backup radio for uninterrupted connectivity. With integrated GPS and Bluetooth, it simplifies installation via the UISP Mobile app.
The UISP Wave Access Point operates in the 60 GHz frequency band (57-71 GHz) with advanced modulation techniques including 1024-QAM, 256-QAM, 64-QAM, 16-QAM, QPSK and BPSK for optimal performance. Featuring a 24 dBi internal antenna and IPX6 protection against dust and water ingress, it is suitable for outdoor deployment. The device supports Wave Long-Range stations up to 8 km and Wave Nano stations up to 5 km range. Network connections include one 10G SFP+ port and one 2.5GbE port, with full-duplex support and Ethernet speeds up to 10Gbps. The integrated GPS antenna facilitates accurate time synchronization and geolocation for network management.
