This USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 PCIe controller card utilizes 4 lanes of the PCIe 3.0 bus for maximum 20Gbps bandwidth. The card features a USB-C Type-C port ideal for connecting external storage devices, NVMe drives and SSDs. The ASMedia ASM3242 chipset supports UASP (USB Attached SCSI Protocol) for improved storage device performance. Multiple INs technology reduces bandwidth loss when connecting multiple devices through a USB hub. The card delivers up to 15W (5V/3A) power delivery and is fully backward compatible with USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10Gbps), USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5Gbps) and legacy USB 3.0/2.0 devices. Includes both full-profile and low-profile installation brackets for flexible mounting. Works on Windows 8 and higher with automatic driver installation, as well as macOS and Linux.
