The cable is manufactured from 100% copper wire (24 AWG) and test-verified to comply with ANSI/TIA 568 C.2 Category 6 requirements. The 50-micron gold-plated connectors deliver optimum conductivity and eliminate signal loss due to oxidation or corrosion. With snagless RJ45 connectors and molded boots for strain relief, this cable is easy to install and less prone to damage. The cable supports Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) up to 100W, suitable for VoIP phones and security systems. ETL and UL certified (E132276-A), verified to ANSI/TIA-568-2.D Category 6. Compatible with Cat5e and earlier standards.
