The StarTech.com CAT6a patch cable fully complies with ANSI/TIA-568-D Category 6a specifications and is tested for up to 500MHz frequency. The cable features 100% copper conductors with stranded conductors (26 AWG) in a U/FTP (STP) configuration with four shielded pairs. This provides excellent protection against Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) and electromagnetic interference (EMI/RFI). The 50-micron gold-plated RJ45 connectors ensure optimal conductivity and eliminate signal loss due to oxidation.
