The Fluke FiberLert is a handy pocket-sized tool for quick fiber checking. Place it in front of the fiber end face and light and tone indicate if the fiber is active (850-1625 nm). Tests single-mode, multimode, UPC and APC patch cords with a non-contact detector. The LightBeat™ feature flashes the LED showing operating status.
