With USB4 protocol, you achieve transfer speeds up to 40 Gbps, while remaining compatible with Thunderbolt 4, Thunderbolt 3, and backward-compatible with USB 3.2 Gen2 (10 Gbps), Gen1 (5 Gbps), and USB 2.0 (480 Mbps). The enclosure is manufactured from durable aluminum with a polycarbonate protective shell for optimal heat dissipation. The pin-design enables tool-free installation - no screws required. The device operates as plug-and-play with no additional drivers needed. Supports PCI-E Gen 4x4 with maximum bandwidth of 8 GB/s and actual read/write speeds up to 3840 MB/s.
