The ACS ACR1252U is an NFC Forum-certified USB reader for contactless cards at 13.56 MHz. Supports ISO 14443 Type A/B, MIFARE, FeliCa and NFC devices up to 50mm range. Features SAM slot for secure transactions, FIDO support and firmware upgrade capability. Plug-and-play with CCID and PC/SC compatibility.

Technisch overzicht

The ACR1252U USB NFC Reader III provides three NFC modes: card read/write, card emulation and peer-to-peer communication. The device supports ISO 14443 Type A and B cards, MIFARE, FeliCa and ISO 18092-compliant NFC tags with access speeds up to 424 Kbps. The secure SAM (Secure Access Module) slot enables key diversification and mutual authentication. FIDO support provides secure passwordless login and strong 2FA verification. Ideal for e-Government, banking, e-healthcare, network security and applications such as smart posters.
