The PLANET MGB-TLX is a hot-pluggable SFP transceiver module for 1000BASE-LX fiber optic connections. This module complies with IEEE 802.3z gigabit ethernet standard and provides reliable data transmission up to 1000 Mbit/s over single-mode fiber with a range up to 10 km. Features LC duplex connector and 1310 nm wavelength.

Technisch overzicht

The MGB-TLX is a Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP) transceiver module designed for gigabit ethernet over single-mode optical fiber. The module complies with SFP Multisource Agreement (MSA) and is hot-pluggable for installation without interrupting host equipment operation. With maximum data transfer rate of 1000 Mbit/s, LC duplex connector, 1310 nm transmission wavelength, and single-mode fiber support. It provides TTL signal indicator, single 3.3V power supply, and differential PECL inputs and outputs. Compatible with PLANET switches featuring SFP mini-GBIC interface. Class 1 laser product compliant with EN 60825-1. Range up to 10 km for 1000BASE-LX standard.
