StarTech.com OM3 multimode fiber optic cable measuring 15 meters with LC/UPC connectors. This full duplex cable supports 100Gbps Ethernet and is designed for SANs, data servers, and SFP+ connections. Features 50/125µm fibers, LSZH jacket, and aramid fiber sheath for exceptional durability.
Technisch overzicht
This StarTech.com OM3 multimode fiber optic cable features laser-optimized fibers (LOMMF) and supports high-speed connectivity of 1/10/40/100 Gbps. The cable has a 50/125µm core/cladding diameter and is compatible with 850nm VCSEL and LED sources. With a modal bandwidth of ≥2000MHz·km at 850nm, it provides a reliable solution for data transmission in datacenters. The LSZH (Low-Smoke, Zero-Halogen) jacket ensures minimal smoke and toxicity in case of fire. The cable is individually tested and certified for optical insertion loss below 0.3dB. The aramid fiber sheath provides improved tensile strength and crush resistance. Operating temperature: -20 to 60°C. Backward compatible with OM2.
